We ask that you take a moment to read and agree to our Homeowner's Agreement (HOA) form as part of the Sustain Dane rain barrel installation process. In addition to the HOA, please use the Installation Instruction Guide to complete the fields to instruct us with your preferred location to install your barrel.

I, the undersigned homeowner, have requested that Sustain Dane, Inc. and its employees and volunteers (collectively "SDI") place one or more rain barrels at my home, located in Dane County, Wisconsin, as part of the Rain Barrel Program (the "Program"), an initiative to conserve water in Dane County. I understand that SDI is a non-profit organization and is performing activities in connection with the Program in its capacity as a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization. SDI has agreed to assist in the installation of the rain barrel(s) at my home. I understand that, as the homeowner, I am ultimately responsible for the installation, use and maintenance of the rain barrel(s) which are at my property. I hereby agree to hold harmless SDI and its officers, members, directors, managers, affiliates, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, successors and assigns for any damage I may incur as a result of any of its/their negligent actions. To hold harmless means that I am responsible for any damage I may incur as a result of SDI's activities on my property in connection with the Program, as well as any damage others, not employed by or volunteering for SDI, may incur on my property as a result of SDI's activities on my property in connection with the Program. I understand that SDI makes no warranties as to its work in connection with the Program. I further agree that if any damage does result to my property which is or may be due to SDI's activities in connection with the Program, and if the insurance company through which I have a homeowners' or renters' policy files an action against SDI to recover for such damage, SDI has the right, under this agreement, to seek reimbursement from me for any recovery made by the insurance company.
