Wishing you had a way to help hundreds of folks install rain barrels in Dane county? We're looking for volunteers to assist at several large scale rain barrel distribution events - opportunities to provide literally hundreds of rain barrels to residents who will take these self-installation kits home and do the work themselves. Whether you have rain barrel experience or not, there are lots of opportunities to assist at a distribution. We need volunteers to:

• Verify orders and collect payment
• Review kit contents with customers
• Answer installation questions while customers are picking up their barrels
• Assist in loading barrels into vehicles

Help your neighbors conserve thousands of gallons of water and reduce storm water runoff with just a few hours of your time by assisting Sustain Dane in distributing some of the over 850 rain barrel orders received this season. Rain barrel distributions typically take place on weekends. Volunteers are welcome for all or part of an event. Upcoming volunteer installation days:
